Mental Health Awareness Month
Mental Health Awareness doesn’t end when May does. Removing the stigma requires all of us to keep conversations moving forward all 365 days. Creating positive environments that allow athletes to be heard and have a role within the conversation is crucial for lifelong involvement within the sport. Increasing awareness leads to healthy support, friendly environments, and keeps everyone involved in the sport for a lifetime.
